COMPREHENSIVE EXAM
After Dr. Indelicato reviews your x-rays, they will take a close look at your gums and teeth. If they notice any potential issues, they will help you understand exactly what is going on, and how best to address it. It is our goal for you to stay informed so you can feel confident about making the right decision for your oral health.
Thorough Cleaning
Your dental hygienist will thoroughly clean your teeth, removing any plaque and tartar that may have accumulated. This includes flossing and scraping off plaque that has built up under the gum line with either water or an ultrasonic cleaner. Your teeth will be left feeling polished and refreshed.
NECESSARY X-RAYS
Depending on how long it’s been since your last dental x-rays, Dr. Indelicato may take new x-rays. Dental x-rays are a useful tool to help us detect problems that may not be visible to the naked eye. Dr. Indelicato will be able to see any problem areas such as cavities or infections, cracks in the tooth enamel, and make a recommendation from there.

Meet Dr. Danielle Indelicato
Dr. Danielle Indelicato is an award winning Monmouth County based general and cosmetic dentist. She has received awards for excellence in prosthodontics as well as for her compassion towards patients. She believes in staying educated in the latest cutting edge technologies and the importance of using superior materials in order to provide her patients the best care possible.
Dr. Indelicato brings a unique approach to the care she provides and is recognized by her colleagues and patients for her attention to detail, honesty, competence and compassion. She works with each patient on an individualized basis by delivering personalized care to address their unique concerns.
She completed her dental education with Honors at New York University and completed her general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She then continued her education and training for an additional two years back at NYU for the surgical and prosthetic placement of dental implants, studying under some of the most accomplished doctors in the field.
Dr. Indelicato is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and an active member of the American Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is currently pursuing her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is one of the highest honors a general dentist can receive and is only achieved by 6% of all general dentists.
When she isn’t working she loves to dance, cook, read, play tennis and travel. In her own words. “My favorite part about working in dentistry is the combination of the two things I love most: art and science. Plus it’s impossible not to love a career whose goal it is to simply put a smile on every person’s face.”

The Invisalign Treatment Process
Consultation & Exam
During your first visit, your doctor will take a look at your bite and smile to determine if Invisalign is the right option for you. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your smile, Invisalign, or other treatment options.
Aligner Pick Up
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Invisalign trays fit perfectly. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come and pick them up to begin your treatment.
Check-ins
Once you’re approved for treatment, we will take scans or impressions of your teeth to ensure your Every six weeks or so, you’ll come back to our office to pick up your next few sets of aligners. Every treatment plan is different, so this amount of time may vary based on your needs. These check-ins are essential to ensure your treatment is on track and that your Invisalign trays are fitting properly.

Dr. Blalock grew up on a beef cattle farm in Crossville, TN. The time he spent working on the farm taught Dr. Blalock valuable problem-solving skills and a good work ethic. After Dr. Blalock suffered a dental injury when a cow’s hoof contacted his teeth, his dentist repaired his smile and sparked a fascination for the art of dentistry. Because of that experience, Dr. Blalock realized his calling was to become a dentist. He loves that dental work gives him the ability to work creatively with his hands while interacting with patients and making a positive impact on their lives.
Dr. Blalock graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tennessee Tech University with an undergraduate degree in health science biology. He went on to graduate with honors from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry
